Years ago, we were the candidates taking that life-changing leap to work abroad. Later, we became the recruiters matching talent with opportunity. Eventually, we served as HR Managers, hiring agencies to fi nd candidates for our own teams. Having experienced every side of the recruitment table, we noticed a recurring gap in the industry: a lack of empathy and transparency.

We saw too many agencies “pushing” CVs just to close a deal, often overlooking the human impact of moving to a new country. We decided to do things differently.
