As a FIT Officer (Back-Office), you are an internal specialist. Unlike a traditional consultancy role, you won’t be on the phone with clients all day:

  • Internal Specialist: Ensure systems run correctly by analyzing data and processes.
  • Problem Solver: Tackle complex payroll challenges, ensuring calculations are accurate to the last decimal.
  • Optimization: Work with an international team to standardize and improve payroll workflows.
  • IT Affinity: You enjoy using digital tools and Excel to keep the payroll “engine” running.

Requirements

  • No experience necessary: We teach you everything you need to know.
  • Analytical Mindset: You love working with numbers and prefer independent, focused work.
  • Detail-Oriented: You spot errors before they happen.
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch.
  • Education: Bachelor-level thinking or a very sharp, quick-learning personality.
  • Location: Based in Spain (or relocating) and open to hybrid work in Valencia.
