The Traineeship: What will you do?
No experience in HR or Payroll? No problem! Your journey begins with a unique, 3-month paid training program. You will dive deep into labor legislation and master cutting-edge payroll management tools, becoming an expert who works with total confidence.
Following your training, you will work as a Back-Office Payroll Officer:
- Manage accurate payroll processing for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Analyze data and figures—your mission is to make the puzzle pieces fit perfectly.
- Optimize processes alongside your team (based in Valencia and Belgium).
- Solve complex queries without being on the phone all day.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience is NOT required: Your attitude and ability to learn matter more than your CV.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken). Knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatory.
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Mindset: A passion for numbers, precision, and problem-solving.
- Relocation: You already reside in Spain or are ready to move to Valencia in the short term.
